The first cameo appearance of Street Fighter characters in comics is widely believed to be in this issue as a Back cover advert, which features an early promotional image for the upcoming Street Fighter comic series. This isn’t a story appearance, but it marks the first time Street Fighter characters appeared in a comic book format, even in an advertisement.

Notably, it predates the official release of Street Fighter #1 from Malibu Comics, which debuted later in 1993, so while not a story cameo, Raver #1 is a key collector’s item for Street Fighter fans due to that early teaser.
